Fifteen years of putting clients first

Bizsure Insurance Brokers has spent over fifteen years helping Kenyan individuals, families and businesses find cover they can rely on. We started out doing what brokers have always done — sitting down with clients, understanding the risk, and negotiating terms with underwriters on their behalf.

What has changed is the paperwork. Buying a motor policy used to mean a trip into town, a stack of forms and a wait for the certificate. Today most of our clients complete the whole thing on their phone in under ten minutes, and the certificate lands before they have put it down.

What has not changed is the part that matters. When a claim comes in, you deal with people who know your policy and know the underwriter. That is the job, and it is still the reason clients stay with us.

How we work

What being a broker actually means

Four commitments that decide how we handle every quote, renewal and claim.

Independent by design
We are not owned by an underwriter and we do not have a quota to fill. The recommendation you get is the one we would take ourselves.
Plain terms
We tell you what is covered and, just as importantly, what is not — before you pay, not after you claim.
Present at claim
Anyone can sell a policy. We measure ourselves on what happens when a client needs to use one.
Regulated and accountable
Licensed brokers operating under IRA regulation, with client premiums handled exactly as the rules require.
